Privacy Policy

Antrenor AI provides AI-powered interview practice and CV coaching to a closed cohort of test students. We process your personal data under UK/EU GDPR standards. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We collect the account details you provide — your email address and, optionally, your name, graduation year, target industry and your reason for joining. When you use the product we also store the interview sessions, your answers, the AI-generated feedback, and any CV files you upload for coaching. We keep basic operational logs to run the service securely and reliably.

Lawful basis and consent

We rely on your explicit consent, which you give when you create your account by accepting this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Your consent is freely given and unticked by default — you choose to give it. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account, as described below.

Data retention

When you delete your account your name and personal details are erased and your uploaded CV files are permanently deleted within 24 hours. Your past interview and coaching session records are anonymised — stripped of anything that could identify you — and retained for up to 24 months for analytics and platform improvement, after which they are permanently purged. Anonymised records do not contain your name, email, CV text or CV files.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to receive a portable copy of it, and to request its deletion. You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time from your profile. To exercise your access or portability rights, contact us using the details below.
